Permission Templates (Company Settings)

Introduction

In order to guide you in your expansion, Dreeven provides the option to modify an existing permission template to correspond to your current reality.  Assuming that you are an Admin user, the following instructions provide a step by step overview.

User requirements

Management license

+ Superadmin permission from employee file.
  1. Can add, edit and delete permission templates.






Add a template

1. To add a new template, click the New Template  button available from Settings via Permissions Template . 

2. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to choose a license type, a name and the desired permission levels depending on the license type chosen. 



3. Click Save Changes when finished. 

Important!

Applying a new template has never been easier, example for a new worker, via  multi-person Bulk EditGive it a try!
It is also possible to confirm a template from a user in Team Members













Edit a template

At any time, Dreeven provides the ability to edit any and all existing templates you have created to date. Moreover, the application provides four default permission templates as a starting point for your convenience.

Each of the templates can be edit and/or deleted using the pencil or the trash can icons respectively, which is located at the top of each column representing unique access types.

Important!

To adjust the permissions of all team members currently using a modified template, you must go to Mass modification after having corrected the permissions within the Permissions  template. 











What Does Limited, Extended or Admin Permissions Mean?

In order to support you in your expansion within Dreeven, we have added quick reference points within the Permissions template section in the Settings to guide you in determining the appropriate access required by license type.

From there, assuming that you do have a Superadmin access you can define the Limited, Extended, or Admin permissions accordingly.

When creating a new template or editing an existing template, simply click on the icon representing an  in order to view the predefined access settings
